Call for consultations on developing European Commission Guidelines for support to civil society in enlargement region for 2014-2020
After a meeting in Brussels on 25th and 26th of April 2013, the EU Directorate General for Enlargement has started broader consultations on Guidelines for support to civil society in enlargement region for 2014-2020.
The broader consultation on these guidelines is now starting with the following steps:
- The publication of this document on the TACSO and Delegations' website leaving a deadline to receive comments till June 14, 2013
- CSOs are also invited to consult the document via networks and webpages. Still comments and inputs should be sent until June 14, 2013
Particular attention should be devoted to the indicators and their means of verification. We still have to concentrate on the indicators which can be easily assessed.
Moreover, we invite Delegations and TACSO offices to organise a consultation in each country with the purpose to identify which results and indicators should be applied to the respective country. In order to have meaningful inputs for the elaboration of the CSP (country strategy papers) and MCSP (multi-country strategy papers) it is advisable to organise these meetings within the end of June 2013.
