To strengthen the capacities of public administration in Serbia for comprehensive reforms and profound understanding of the European integration process;

To strengthen the capacities of civil society organisations for responsible activism in local communities;

To promote and encourage cross-sector partnerships in creating and implementing public policies;

To inform and raise the awareness of the necessity of a responsible approach to the process of European integration;

To promote and strengthen partnerships between the civil society organisations, churches, religious and ethnic communities, public authorities in the fields of intercultural dialogue, tolerance and reconciliation;

To strengthen activism in stabilising inter-ethnic and inter-religious relations in the Western Balkans;

To emphasise the values and particularities of the religions existing in the Balkans;

To raise the awareness of the role of religion and identity in contemporary civil society;

To increase the level of digital literacy in Serbia, defined as:

the ability to locate, understand and evaluate information;

the working knowledge of information technology, and understanding of how it can be used in all aspects of life;

To promote and enhance smart usage of internet in education, science, social and political activism, business and art;

To inform and facilitate the youth in personal engagement, social activism and participation in decision-making processes;

To enhance the development of Information policy as an adequate response to contemporary challenges;

To develop and harmonise higher and vocational education and training (VET) in accordance with European tendencies in education and training development;

To foster social partnership and participation in the field of higher and vocational education, training, employment and lifelong learning;

To contribute to institutionalized development of non-formal education;

To establish professional cooperation and to network the stakeholders of of education development on regional and international levels;

To create, promote and develop diverse models for careers of youth and adults, unemployed as well as employed;

To build capacities of the stakeholders in the field of career guidance and counselling;

To introduce innovations in career guidance and counselling using information and communication technologies;

To contribute to more effective employment and economic development;

To advance the academic community and public administration;

To introduce advanced teaching methods and curricula from foreign universities to the universities in Serbia;

To upgrade the system of higher education in Serbia.
