The Educational Programme “Recognize, Get Involved, Act” has been realized
On 19th and 20th of June 2013 Centre for European Integration (CEI) of Belgrade Open School (BOS) has implemented the Educational programme “Recognize, Get Involved, Act” („Prepoznaj, uključi se, deluj“) for the representatives of civil society organizations on “Approaching Europe – Contribution of Civil Society Organizations for Promotion of European Values in Belgrade” project. This Project is supported by the Agency for European Integrations and Cooperation with Civil Society of City of Belgrade.
During these two days the participants had a chance to participate in educational workshops on advocating interests of citizens in process of creating development policies. These workshops were also a kind of advanced training for preparing and developing policy papers and policy advocacy process, as well.
In such way, the representatives of CSOs from City of Belgrade are qualifying for identification of specific issues and for solving these issues, as well. They are also qualifying for solving these issues in decision making process, for recognizing their policy framework and for applying good practices and models. At the same time, they are establishing quality and long-term cooperation with public authorities and business sector.
