Round Table: Sustainable Environmental policy in Serbia in the process of European integration: obstacles and opportunities

Round table on "Sustainable Environmental policy in Serbia in the process of European integration: obstacles and opportunities" was organized in the form of discussions that took place under four themes:

• The importance of environmental policy for the process of Serbia's accession to the European Union;
• Green jobs – is there a connection between environmental protection and employment policy?
• Renewable energy development as a factor in local communities and
• Local governments and environmental policy - facts and fantasies.

At the debate on the round table more than thirty participants took an active role -  representatives of the employees in the central and local governments and institutions who work at the jobs related to the policy of environmental protection in the process of European integration of Serbia.
