Better Employability for Minority Youth
Belgrade Open School will host training course “Better employability for minority youth” in Serbia in order to contribute to facing the challenges of youth participation in labor market, especially for those youth from minority groups.
The project will gather 28 participants and 5 experts and support staff from EU and SEE countries: Macedonia, Turkey, Latvia, Finland, Italy, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Overall aim of the project is building capacities of youth workers from Europe to support different minority groups in increasing their employability and career development.
Training will provide non-formal learning experience in international context considering themes such as: skills for better youth employability, gathering and spreading of labour market information, advocacy and lobbying for youth rights in labour market, minority groups of youth in labour markets (migrants, IDP’s, refugees, ethnical or national minorities), inclusion of minority youth, intercultural learning, etc.
The training activity will be realized in October 2012, and the working language will be English.
