Career that Fits Youth -  Capacity building of Youth Offices for delivery of services and measuring the effects of career guidance and counselling on employability

Belgrade Open School is implementing the project "Career that Fits Youth -  Capacity building of Youth Offices for delivery of services and measuring the effects of career guidance and counselling on employability" with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports. The aim of this project is to contribute to improving the quality and availability of career guidance and counselling (CGC) for young people in Serbia through the development and measurement of the effects of services provided by Youth Offices. A total of 150 young people from five youth offices will be reached through this project.

Measuring the effects of career guidance and counselling for employability will be made ​​based on a specially designed methodology. Modern software for data collection and processing will ensure accuracy and precision of results.

The implementation of the project will be supported by the experts from the National Employment Services, specially in terms of methodology.

Presentation of the project results will be provided to the public through newsletters and final conference at the national level.

Project Career that Fits Youth will last for 9 months during 2013/14, and will be implemented in five different cities and municipalities in Serbia.
