Occupied by Future Occupation
The project was devoted to enhance the employability of youth through the enhancement of the system of career informing on occupations for high school students.
Within the project a two-day training for 21 teachers and professional staff (two representatives from 10 schools) was organized. The program is accredited by the Institute for the Advancement of Education. The training will be held on August 11-13, 2013 in Kovacica, Serbia.
Once implemented, trained teams of teachers / professional staff organized career informing workshops for students of their schools. The project envisages the organization of job shadowing visits (visits to representatives of certain occupations on their work places) in order to help young people to get more acquainted with the nature of certain occupations and potential employers. BOS will organize monitoring visits to assist teachers and professional staff in carrying out workshops or visits to the representatives of certain occupations.
