MUSTRA IV - Model of harmonizing the education system with the labour market – Promotion of promising educational profiles in secondary schools

BOS has developed a stable network of partner (secondary) schools from all over Serbia, through its numerous projects. BOS directs and develops its projects in accordance with schools’ plans and needs and through active communication with schools, regional Boards of Education and Ministry of Education. MUSTRA IV project aims to contribute, through promotional campaign, to broadening knowledge and increase the interest of final year students in elementary schools in Kruševac and Užice (as well as their parents), regarding promising educational profiles in secondary schools, for which there’s a real need in the labour market.

This project is a sequel of previous three projects MUSTRA I, MUSTRA II and MUSTRA III, implemented by BOS in the period from 2013 to 2015.

Through this project BOS will work on planning and implementing promotional campaign for two promising educational profiles that will be selected based on recommendations of regional Boards of Education, regional Chambers of Commerce and affiliates of National Employment Service. Promotional campaign will mostly be carried out online since young people spend significant amount of time on the Internet and social media, and this will be followed by issuing of a short guidebook for secondary schools – how to organize and implement (online) promotional campaign.

This project will be implemented in the period from 1st of April to 30th of November 2016, with the support of Solidar Suisse / Swiss Labour Assistance (SLA) – Office in Serbia.
