Implemented Projects

The project "ICTeachers 2" aimed at promoting smart usage of internet in education. Within this project, the conference "ICTeachers 2" was organized and it gathered more than seventy teachers from all over Serbia. The conference was organized in the Palace Serbia on 25th of October 2012. 

The project "ICTeachers 2" was supported by Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction Unit and Digital Agenda.

The aim of the project @MyEurope (@MojaEvropa) is to promote European values and to inform citizens of Belgrade about European integration process. In order to inspire stronger citizen participation in EU related topics, the idea of the project is to use Twitter for educational purposes. 

Beside Twitter, the project @MyEurope will use the Infotrg, electronic display on the Trg Republike.

Cepit organized conference ICTeachers - Trendsetters in ICT Usage in Education on December 22nd, 2011, in Belgrade in The Home of the Serbian Internet Domains. It was supported by Serbian Register of National Domain Name and Microsoft Serbia, Partners in Learning Porgram.

Project specific objective is to build youth capacities for proper career guidance that will help them to have more successful transition to labour market. There will be set of activities as follows:

  • Job Shadowing – secondary education students spend one day with choosen professional.
  • Organization of workshops in Belgrade school „How to write a proper CV.

The project is supported by Secretary of Education, City of Belgrade.

The aim of the project E-Safety – Keep Children Safe on Internet not from Internet was to promote active online reputation guidance and to contribute to development of safer and more open online environment and to raise awareness that online ethics is based on the same principles as practical ethics of everyday life. There were two groups of activities. The first one is educational program for secondary education students from Vracar municipality, and the second one is research on youth online behavior.

Project overall objective is smart usage of ICT as a perfect tool for better education of youth.

  • To improve capacities of school teachers' associations for implemetation of contemporary educational policies based on digital literacy and career gudied education

Project Evrokrem purpose is to promote European values regarding youth activism, culture and ecology in local communities of City of Belgrade. In order to inform youth in a proper manner, the project moves focus on European integration from national to local level - what are the concrete benefits for local communuties from European integration processes. Therefore, thirty secondary education students from Belgrade, cream of the pro-European citizens, will take an active role in summer school on EU and become promoters of responsible and active participation in local community.

There were two groups of activities. The first one targeting secondary education students and the second one targeting parents and everyone who works with children.

In order to inspire stronger political e-participation of youth and citizens in Serbia, using innovative ICT, the BOS established the Speakers' Corner for the new generation – INFOTRG (electronic displays on the Trg Republike, where the news and citizens comments sent via cell phone or internet are broadcasted).

WINS-ICT is aimed at enhancing the scientific and research cooperation between the Western Balkan region and the EU, specifically in the theme of Information & Communication Technologies (ICT). Training workshop “FP7 - Opportunities to Participate in European Research” was gained on 7-8th June 2010. It was focused on fostering of successful participation of local researchers in EC 7th Framework Programme for Research and Technological Development. Workshop brought together twenty researchers and has been focused on administrative and financial issues. During the second day several bilateral session were organized.
